The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring process improvements, performance metrics, and operational strategies that align with Vituity’s goals. Working closely with physician leadership, practice operations directors, and various departments, this role demands excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills to navigate complex healthcare environments effectively.

In this key leadership capacity, the individual will support start-up initiatives, coordinate operational changes, and represent the division positively within Vituity. Responsibilities include facilitating strategic programs, financial performance analysis, recruiting and training personnel, and ensuring quality metrics are met consistently. Those joining Vituity can expect to work in a collaborative, fast-paced setting where their contributions directly impact community health outcomes and the patient experience.

Vituity offers a competitive base salary ranging from $91,130 to $113,915 with additional performance-based bonuses and an extensive benefits package. The company prioritizes professional development, community engagement, and employee wellness, cultivating a culture that supports both personal and professional growth. Opportunities for virtual community events, wellness programs like yoga and HIIT classes, and flexible work hours enhance the employee experience, even in a remote work setting.
