Job Description

Hurricanes Holding, LLC is a dynamic company specializing in the delivery of exceptional food and beverage services within the hospitality and event venue industries. Known for their commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction, Hurricanes Holding provides innovative solutions to meet the complex demands of large-scale events, premium hospitality environments, and comprehensive concession operations. This company prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and service reliability, positioning itself as a leader in its field. As a growing entity, Hurricanes Holding continuously seeks to enhance its standards and compliance departments to uphold and advance its reputation for excellence in the highly competitive hospitality sector.

We are currently seeking a Manager of Standards & Compliance to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role within our Standards & Compliance department is designed to lead the day-to-day execution of compliance strategies that ensure all Food & Beverage operations consistently adhere to rigorous benchmarks for quality, accuracy, sanitation, and overall guest experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Standards & Compliance, the Manager will be instrumental in both constructing the infrastructure of the Standards & Compliance team and overseeing its operational activities.

The role demands a highly detail-oriented and objective professional who can meticulously conduct inspections, audits, and real-time event monitoring to maintain and elevate service standards. This position requires balancing the responsibilities of leadership and hands-on operational oversight, making it a unique blend of builder and operator. The Manager is expected to develop and refine procedures, tools, and workflows that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance efforts. Responsibilities include conducting routine and targeted inspections across various food and beverage service areas such as kitchens, concessions, premium spaces/suites, commissary, and warehouse.

In addition to inspections, the Manager will lead on-the-ground standards and compliance coverage during live events, managing staff deployment across multiple zones and ensuring compliance with quality and sanitation guidelines during peak service periods. Timely and accurate documentation is critical, as is the ability to produce clear, actionable reports that highlight key trends and performance issues. This role also involves cross-functional coordination, working closely with Operations, Culinary, and Supply Chain leadership to communicate findings professionally and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or venue operations, with a strong working knowledge of kitchen and concession environments as well as premium service settings. Experience in quality control, compliance auditing, or operational oversight is highly valued. The Manager must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the ability to remain objective and professional under pressure. The position requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays according to event schedules, and the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate stairs.

Hurricanes Holding, LLC is committed to equal opportunity employment and values diversity in the workplace. The company offers a professional and supportive environment where employees can grow and contribute to the ongoing success of the organization. This description is intended to provide a detailed understanding of the Manager of Standards & Compliance role and the expectations associated with it. We invite qualified individuals looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic hospitality setting to apply and become part of our innovative team.
