Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the planning and execution of presidential events and meetings
  • Develop event concepts, materials, and detailed planning documentation
  • Coordinate with internal campus partners and external vendors
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure service excellence
  • Oversee on-site event implementation and logistics
  • Conduct post-event follow-up and evaluation
  • Support broader initiatives aligned with the President’s strategic priorities
