Job Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
  • lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high levels of performance, engagement, and professional development
  • analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and product development to align sales initiatives with business goals
  • monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives
  • manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
  • oversee pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to optimize profitability
