Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary field
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years relevant professional experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage and supervise teams
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- understanding of applicable liquor laws
- competency in staff training and development
- proven customer service skills
- capability to handle guest complaints and problem resolution
- availability to work full time in Honolulu, Hawaii
- team leadership and human resource management skills
Job Qualifications
