Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years experience managing virtual and/or in-person programs
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Proficiency with virtual event platforms and digital communication tools
- Availability to travel for Annual Symposium (4-5 days in fall)
- Residency in Central or Eastern time zone preferred
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years managing virtual and/or in-person programs in an association, nonprofit, events, or member-facing role
- Experience working alongside senior executives and volunteer leaders
- Strong written communication skills tailored to executive audiences
- Proven ability to run seamless events and programs
- Ability to thrive in a small, remote team environment
- Passion for advancing women in leadership
Job Duties
- End-to-end execution of the virtual programming calendar including webinars, speakers, timelines, and follow-up
- Full operational planning for the Annual Symposium including venue, vendors, registration, and run-of-show
- Manage weekly member newsletter and all programming communications
- Drive event promotions, LinkedIn content, and registration pages
- Track participation and prepare summary reports
- Provide coordination support for volunteer Operating Teams
