Job Description

WomenExecs on Boards (WEoB) is a prestigious global member association dedicated to advancing women in corporate governance. Founded with a mission to increase the representation of women on boards, WEoB connects and supports women who have been educated through Harvard Business School governance programs and are currently pursuing or serving in board roles. The association fosters a vibrant community centered on meaningful relationships and impactful programs that bring accomplished women together to learn, connect, and lead. WEoB is committed to creating a supportive space where members can expand their governance knowledge, build connections with fellow leaders, and grow their influence in corporate boardrooms worldwide.

As a small, collaborative, and ambitious team, WomenExecs on Boards is currently seeking an organized and execution-focused self-starter to join their ranks. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about empowering women leaders and dedicated to orchestrating seamless virtual and in-person programs. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and executing the organization’s robust program calendar, including webinars, speaker engagements, and high-profile events such as the Annual Symposium. This role calls for a proactive individual who naturally identifies what needs to be done and takes action without waiting for direction. The successful applicant will be comfortable engaging with senior executives and volunteer leaders, communicating clearly and thoughtfully to an executive audience, and ensuring all events and programs run flawlessly for attendees.

The role requires managing weekly communications including the member newsletter and programming related messaging, overseeing event promotions, and coordinating content for platforms such as LinkedIn. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for tracking participation, summarizing data through comprehensive reports, and providing essential coordination support to volunteer Operating Teams. Working remotely within the Central or Eastern Time zones, the candidate will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy characteristic of a small, remote team environment while making visible, valued contributions.

With a salary range of $60,000 to $63,000 plus a discretionary bonus, this position offers competitive compensation alongside valuable benefits including health and dental insurance with employer contributions, generous paid time off, and a year-end break between December 25 and January 1. The role is 100 percent remote but does require travel for the Annual Symposium each fall, which lasts approximately 4 to 5 days. The opportunity to build meaningful relationships with extraordinary women leading in boardrooms around the world complements the tangible benefits, making this an inspiring and rewarding position for candidates who care deeply about advancing women in leadership and governance.
