Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience managing programs or events
  • Proficiency with virtual event platforms and communication tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Comfortable working remotely in Central or Eastern time zones
  • Willingness to travel for Annual Symposium

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years managing virtual and/or in-person programs in an association, nonprofit, events, or member-facing role
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Ability to work with senior executives and volunteer leaders with professionalism and care
  • Excellent writing skills tailored to executive audiences
  • Experience running seamless events and programs
  • Ability to thrive in a small, remote team
  • Passionate about advancing women in leadership

Job Duties

  • End-to-end execution of the virtual programming calendar including webinars, speakers, timelines, and follow-up
  • Full operational planning for the Annual Symposium including venue, vendors, registration, and run-of-show
  • Manage weekly member newsletter and all programming communications
  • Oversee event promotions, LinkedIn content, and registration pages
  • Track participation and prepare summary reports
  • Provide coordination support for volunteer Operating Teams
