Job Description

WomenExecs on Boards (WEoB) is a distinguished global member association dedicated to advancing women in corporate governance. Our organization serves as a vital network that connects and supports women who have been educated through Harvard Business School governance programs and who are either pursuing or currently serving in board roles. With a strong focus on meaningful relationships, our community thrives on bringing together accomplished women to learn, connect, and lead in the spheres where they hold influence. We empower our members through a variety of carefully curated programs and events that promote growth, leadership, and professional excellence.

We are seeking an organized, execution-focused, and self-motivated individual to join our small and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 4 years of experience managing virtual and/or in-person programs within associations, nonprofits, events, or member-facing organizations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and volunteer leaders, ensuring that every program and event runs seamlessly and exceeds expectations. The position requires a proactive mindset and a commitment to advancing women in leadership, embodying the mission that drives WEoB. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our virtual programming calendar, operational planning for our Annual Symposium, managing communications, and coordinating volunteer teams.

This role offers a completely remote work environment, ideally suited for individuals based in the Central or Eastern time zones. With a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $63,000 plus a discretionary bonus, this is a fantastic opportunity for professionals passionate about gender equity in leadership arenas to make a tangible impact. Additionally, the role includes excellent benefits such as health and dental insurance with employer contributions, generous paid time off including a year-end break from December 25 to January 1, and travel for the Annual Symposium lasting four to five days each fall. Joining WEoB means becoming part of a dynamic community where your contributions are visible and valued, and where you will cultivate relationships with extraordinary women leading in boardrooms worldwide.
