Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience managing programs or events
- Proficiency with virtual event platforms and communication tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Comfortable working remotely in Central or Eastern time zones
- Willingness to travel for Annual Symposium
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years managing virtual and/or in-person programs in an association, nonprofit, events, or member-facing role
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to work with senior executives and volunteer leaders with professionalism and care
- Excellent writing skills tailored to executive audiences
- Experience running seamless events and programs
- Ability to thrive in a small, remote team
- Passionate about advancing women in leadership
Job Duties
- End-to-end execution of the virtual programming calendar including webinars, speakers, timelines, and follow-up
- Full operational planning for the Annual Symposium including venue, vendors, registration, and run-of-show
- Manage weekly member newsletter and all programming communications
- Oversee event promotions, LinkedIn content, and registration pages
- Track participation and prepare summary reports
- Provide coordination support for volunteer Operating Teams
