Job Requirements
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino
- Ability to perform physical job duties in emergency situations
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions during guest and employee conflicts
- Understanding of budget processes
- Able to work at a fast pace and remain effective under stress
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong management, interpersonal, service-oriented, organizational, and employee motivation skills
- 3-5 years of experience managing multiple large-scale hotel valet operations
- Proven experience in budget planning, goal setting, and administrative functions
- Experience in Hotel Front Services or Hotel Guest Relations preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
Job Duties
- Assist the Director in overseeing all parking operations including Hotel Valet, Casino Valet, and Self-Parking services
- Ensure supervisors and leads prepare work schedules and maintain accurate payroll records
- Develop and implement defensive driving training for transportation staff to promote safety
- Monitor and review vehicle damage and theft complaints in coordination with Risk Management
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Champion a culture of high-end, guest-focused service reflecting the Caesars brand
- Assist in managing operational procedures and budgetary guidelines for the Transportation Department
