As a faith-based organization, Outreach integrates its core values into every facet of its work, cultivating a culture of respect, inclusion, and empowerment.

Outreach is currently seeking a Manager of Donor Experience & Events to join their Resource Development team. A key responsibility includes partnering closely with gift officers to create structured pathways that move attendees from event participation to meaningful, lasting engagement as donors. The role also collaborates with organizational leadership to align sponsorship strategies and fundraising goals, ensuring every event aligns with broader development objectives and delivers measurable impact.

Moreover, this position serves as an operational leader within the Resource Development division, coordinating multiple projects, supporting senior leadership initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. The Manager will leverage strong project management and communication skills to handle the complexities involved in managing multiple priorities, diverse stakeholders, and evolving donor engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to Outreach's mission and values, bringing both passion and expertise in nonprofit fundraising and event management to this rewarding opportunity. The work environment promotes professional growth, development, and collaboration, supporting employees with comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven atmosphere. This role offers a chance to make a tangible difference while advancing a meaningful career in nonprofit development.
