Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- additional education preferred
- minimum of three years of experience in hospitality, senior living, or a related service-driven environment
- prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- strong understanding of service delivery
- team leadership
- operational coordination
- ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- valid Kansas driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in hospitality, senior living, or a related service-driven environment

Job Duties
- Lead daily concierge operations with a focus on service excellence and consistency
- develop and manage staffing schedules to ensure seamless coverage and responsiveness
- supervise, coach, and develop concierge team members to meet hospitality and performance standards
- oversee onboarding and training to ensure alignment with Larksfield's service expectations
- serve as a primary escalation point for resident requests, concerns, and service recovery
- maintain active visibility across campus, engaging with residents and supporting team members
- step in as needed to support front desk operations during peak times or staffing gaps
- coordinate and oversee resident support services including transportation, deliveries, and general assistance
- manage billing processes related to concierge services
- respond to emergency situations and coordinate communication across departments
- partner with leadership to continuously improve service delivery and resident satisfaction
