Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • additional education preferred
  • minimum of three years of experience in hospitality, senior living, or a related service-driven environment
  • prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • strong understanding of service delivery
  • team leadership
  • operational coordination
  • ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • valid Kansas driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Minimum of three years of experience in hospitality, senior living, or a related service-driven environment

Job Duties

  • Lead daily concierge operations with a focus on service excellence and consistency
  • develop and manage staffing schedules to ensure seamless coverage and responsiveness
  • supervise, coach, and develop concierge team members to meet hospitality and performance standards
  • oversee onboarding and training to ensure alignment with Larksfield's service expectations
  • serve as a primary escalation point for resident requests, concerns, and service recovery
  • maintain active visibility across campus, engaging with residents and supporting team members
  • step in as needed to support front desk operations during peak times or staffing gaps
  • coordinate and oversee resident support services including transportation, deliveries, and general assistance
  • manage billing processes related to concierge services
  • respond to emergency situations and coordinate communication across departments
  • partner with leadership to continuously improve service delivery and resident satisfaction
