Job Description
Larksfield Place is a premier senior living community distinguished by its commitment to exceptional service, meaningful connections, and a culture that emphasizes warmth, professionalism, and care. As a locally managed, not-for-profit community located in Wichita, Larksfield Place aims to elevate every day for its residents, their families, and its team members. The community prides itself on fostering a workplace where team members feel part of a bigger movement dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Through this mission, Larksfield Place has cultivated an environment that blends operational excellence with heartfelt service, creating a unique atmosphere that sets it apart in the senior living industry.
The role of Manager of Concierge Services at Larksfield Place is an invaluable leadership position centered around ensuring the highest standards of resident services throughout the community. This position offers an annual salary ranging from $54,000 to $57,000, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, holiday pay, and tuition reimbursement. The role also features a 401(k) plan with employer match, and opportunities for growth within a respected senior living community.
As Manager of Concierge Services, you will lead daily operations that influence the resident experience on a consistent basis. Your focus will be on service excellence, team performance, and operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless coverage and responsiveness across front-facing services. The role demands a hospitality-focused leader who is as adept in managing logistics and processes as engaging personally with residents. It involves supervising, coaching, and developing concierge staff to uphold Larksfield's high service standards, onboarding and training new team members to align with the community's expectations, and acting as a primary contact for resident concerns and service recovery.
Moreover, this leadership position requires a visible, hands-on management style—maintaining active presence on campus, interacting with residents, supporting the concierge team, and stepping in during peak times or staffing shortages. Beyond daily concierge operations, the Manager will also coordinate resident support services such as transportation, deliveries, and general assistance, manage related billing, and respond efficiently to emergency situations. Collaboration with other leadership team members to continuously improve service delivery and resident satisfaction is a key responsibility, reinforcing the position’s impact on the overall community environment.
The ideal candidate is a professional who leads with presence, accountability, and a commitment to high standards. You understand that every resident interaction shapes their experience and that strong, clear expectations combined with team accountability create an outstanding service culture. You bring operational expertise and leadership experience, particularly within hospitality, senior living, or similar service-driven settings. Furthermore, your professionalism, discretion, and ownership mentality are vital in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of residents and their families.
Choosing to join Larksfield Place means becoming part of a dedicated team that values every role’s contribution to delivering premier service and building a strong, caring community. This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of seniors by leading one of the community’s most visible and impactful teams. If you are a motivated, service-oriented leader ready to help elevate the resident experience every day, Larksfield Place welcomes your application to be part of their exceptional team.
