The role of Manager of Concierge Services at Larksfield Place is pivotal to the success of the community. This is a leadership position focused on overseeing all aspects of the concierge operations, which are the frontline of resident interaction and hospitality. The manager is tasked with leading daily concierge operations to uphold service excellence and consistency, ensuring residents receive timely and attentive assistance. They develop and manage staffing schedules to provide seamless coverage that adapts to the dynamic needs of the community. Supervision, coaching, and professional development of concierge team members are essential components of the role to maintain and exceed hospitality standards.
Beyond team management, the Manager of Concierge Services plays a critical role in onboarding and training new staff members to ensure alignment with Larksfield's values and quality expectations. This person serves as the primary escalation point for resident requests, concerns, and service recovery, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and with compassion. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years of experience in hospitality, senior living, or related service-driven environment
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong understanding of service delivery, team leadership, and operational coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Valid Kansas driver’s license with a clean driving record
