Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in hospitality, senior living, or related service-driven environment
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong understanding of service delivery, team leadership, and operational coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Valid Kansas driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Lead daily concierge operations with a focus on service excellence and consistency
  • Develop and manage staffing schedules to ensure seamless coverage and responsiveness
  • Supervise, coach, and develop concierge team members to meet hospitality and performance standards
  • Oversee onboarding and training to ensure alignment with service expectations
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for resident requests, concerns, and service recovery
  • Maintain active visibility across campus, engaging with residents and supporting team members
  • Step in as needed to support front desk operations during peak times or staffing gaps
  • Coordinate and oversee resident support services including transportation, deliveries, and general assistance
  • Manage billing processes related to concierge services
  • Respond to emergency situations and coordinate communication across departments
  • Partner with leadership to continuously improve service delivery and resident satisfaction
