Job Description

Caesars Entertainment is a globally renowned leader in the casino-entertainment industry, celebrated for its iconic resorts and unparalleled guest experiences. Founded in 1937 in Reno, Nevada, Caesars Entertainment has evolved into the largest casino-entertainment company in the United States and one of the most diversified providers worldwide. The company operates premier resorts under well-known brand names such as Caesars, Harrah's, Horseshoe, and Eldorado, and has built a legacy centered on operational excellence, innovative technology, and exceptional service. Caesars is deeply committed to its mission of 'Create the Extraordinary,' striving to immerse, inspire, and connect guests through spectacular worlds built with excellence. The organization emphasizes a strong culture grounded in its core values - Blaze the Trail, Together We Win, and All-In on Service - which guide every team member in delivering a remarkable guest journey.

Located at Caesars New Orleans, the Manager of Beverage Operations plays a crucial leadership role in overseeing all casino beverage operations within this vibrant resort destination. This on-site management position requires a strategic yet hands-on approach to ensure outstanding guest experiences, effective team engagement, and optimal financial performance. The Manager of Beverage Operations is responsible for leading daily bar operations, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role demands an active presence on the casino floor to drive real-time service execution, quick resolution of guest concerns, and disciplined adherence to operational protocols. By fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration, the manager promotes a workplace environment where team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to excel.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing labor schedules based on business needs, controlling departmental expenses, and aligning beverage offerings with market trends and customer preferences. Leadership duties extend to coaching, evaluating, and developing supervisors and hourly team members, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring staff are properly trained and certified. Additionally, the role involves overseeing regulatory compliance, including Louisiana gaming and alcohol service standards, and managing the Responsible Vendor Program.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in bar, nightlife, or high-volume beverage operations, with preferred experience in casino or resort environments. Strong expertise in inventory management, labor planning, cost controls, and guest feedback utilization is essential for success. Effective communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for driving service excellence will empower the Manager of Beverage Operations to create extraordinary experiences for both guests and team members.
