Job Description

HelloFresh is a leading global food solutions group and the world’s premier meal kit company, operating in 18 countries across three continents. With a mission to transform the way people eat forever, HelloFresh offers high-quality food and a diverse array of recipes suited for various meal occasions. Over the past decade, HelloFresh has grown from a simple concept into a worldwide community of customers who seek delicious, healthy, and sustainable meal options. The group includes several renowned food brands such as HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz, each contributing to the innovation and expansion of meal solutions worldwide. Committed to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability, HelloFresh fosters a collaborative and dynamic culture driven by shared values and a passion for improving the food supply chain.

As the Manager of Menu Operations within Factor, a dynamic segment of HelloFresh specializing in ready-to-eat meals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological and operational backbone of the menu planning ecosystem. This role requires ownership of the end-to-end automation strategy and management of the tool suite that enables Factor to consistently deliver accurate, scalable, and insight-driven menus. Serving as the critical link between diverse, cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless flow of data from concept through production to optimize menu operations.

Your leadership will focus on driving the development of innovative tools and automation processes that improve menu planning efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and eliminate errors in downstream operations. You will spearhead the maintenance and enhancement of a robust menu operations tool suite while building reporting frameworks that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. As a champion of a data-driven culture, you will embed customer insights, product quality standards, and operational feedback into every aspect of tool design and process improvements.

This role demands intellectual curiosity, impeccable attention to detail, agility, and strong communication skills to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter who thrives in matrixed organizations and demonstrates a relentless drive towards operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The position offers competitive compensation with pay ranges from $94,815 to $117,300, depending on location, including New York, Colorado, and Illinois. Benefits include a 401K company match, team bonus opportunities, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and wellness benefits available from day one, significant discounts on HelloFresh meal subscriptions, and access to Employee Resource Groups fostering workplace diversity and inclusion. This opportunity provides a chance to join a mission-driven company disrupting traditional food supply and delivering meaningful impact through innovation and sustainability.
