This role prioritizes delivering exceptional VIP and executive experiences with meticulous attention to detail and a white-glove service approach.

A strategic thinker and problem solver, the Manager proactively identifies risks and implements mitigation plans to ensure the success of high-visibility programs. Financial oversight includes tracking, managing, and reconciling event budgets to find efficiencies while maintaining quality. Evaluation of event performance and continuous improvements to the meeting experience are integral aspects of the role.

The position offers competitive compensation, with a base salary range between $125,000 and $207,000 USD for the location in Purchase, New York, alongside eligibility for annual bonuses or commissions. Additionally, Mastercard provides a robust benefits package including various insurance options, generous paid leaves, vacation time, holidays, 401k plans with company match, fitness benefits, tuition reimbursement, and more. The organization also prioritizes corporate security, expecting all employees to uphold stringent security policies and practices.
