This role is pivotal within the Luxury Services department, focusing on managing the daily operations to guarantee flawless service for VIP and high-profile casino guests. The position entails overseeing in-room dining, food and beverage operations within exclusive areas such as the Baccarat space, and ensuring that all guest preferences and amenity setups align with the high standards synonymous with Resorts World Las Vegas. The manager will coordinate private functions in prestigious suites, collaborate intimately with culinary teams to innovate menu offerings, and spearhead Butler team management including scheduling and assignments. This leadership role demands attention to detail, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience.
The position requires strategic oversight of inventory control for fine wines, liquors, and food services, plus coordination with various departments to secure approvals for in-stay guest amenities. Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years experience within hotel operations or a directly related operational area/field
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration
- Ability to obtain Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to obtain Food Handling Card
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems, property management systems and casino player tracking systems
- Experience managing a workforce of at least thirty employees
- Strong decision-making skills while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Trained in Forbes Travel Guide standards
- Experience working in a call center, concierge, fine dining restaurant, front desk, and/or VIP lounge
- At least three years of directly related operational management experience at a similar leadership level
- At least two years’ experience in food and beverage in a related field
- Working knowledge and experience with OPERA and HotSOS
- Working knowledge of Konami Synkros, Symphony, and/or Cisco
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting
Job Duties
- Manage the daily operation for the Luxury Services department, ensuring seamlessness in stay regarding high-profile casino and VIP guests
- Oversee the food and beverage operations of In Room Dining, In-Villa meal services, Baccarat space, wine and liquor selection, and inventory control
- Assist with planning and execution of private functions within the Villas, Presidential and Palace suites, including menu selections, pricing and staffing
- Partner with the culinary team on developing and implementing offerings, menu presentations, and menu education for Butlers
- Aid with Butler assignments, scheduling, and full-time employee management including time-off requests, EOs, and EDOs
- Email Hosts and Admins for amenity, food, and beverage approvals during pre-arrival and stay dates
- Ensure all floral, in-room dining, and host amenities are set up in suite prior to guest arrivals following guest profile
- Consolidate guest information from daily shift pass-downs, update guest profiles for accuracy, and protect confidentiality of guest preferences within the department
- Use personal devices or cellular phones for job-related operational tasks and manage communications
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
