The role of Manager Luxury Hotel Operations at Caesars Palace is a critical leadership position focused on overseeing the seamless operation of villa services and butler experiences across a range of high-end accommodations including specialty suites, large villas, penthouses, and private gaming salons. This leadership role demands a proactive manager capable of multitasking, setting strategic priorities, and anticipating VIP guest needs with meticulous attention to detail and personalized care. The Manager Luxury Hotel Operations is charged with ensuring that VIP guests, celebrities, dignitaries, and high-stakes gamers experience the highest level of luxury and service that Caesars Palace is known for. This includes managing day-to-day and long-term operations, staff performance, and adherence to company policies and brand standards. The role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue opportunities while fostering a workplace environment based on teamwork, respect, and excellence in service delivery. Furthermore, the Manager works collaboratively with various departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Group Reservations, Casino Marketing, Facilities, and Sales to maintain seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to perform duties with extreme care and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- working knowledge of organizational methods
- ability to manage varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- working knowledge of hotel property management system (LMS or Infor)
- bilingual (Chinese) preferred
- additional college-level education related to hotel or business administration
- at least 3 years of previous supervisory experience
- previous experience in a large scale luxury resort operation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of previous front desk, food and beverage, villa or gaming experience at a major hotel/casino resort
- excellent customer service skills
- able to lead and mentor a team
- strong interpersonal skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- able to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral
Job Duties
- Oversee the villa and butler operations within specialty suites, large villas, penthouses, and private gaming salons
- manage the villa services team efficiently to maximize anticipatory service and revenue opportunities
- build rapport with guests while maintaining confidentiality
- oversee human resources responsibilities including work environment, staffing, and compliance with contracts
- ensure quality hiring, training, and succession planning
- provide excellent service consistent with property standards
- maintain extensive knowledge of liquor brands and menus
- inspect villas, suites, salons, and catering setups for guest satisfaction
- respond to guest service interactions professionally and promptly
- monitor and report operational issues to the Director
- approve employment and termination within the division
- coordinate on-the-job training programs
- provide input on fiscal budget development
- communicate with multiple departments on group blocks and guest arrivals
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
