Solstice is a boutique new home community located near the popular Littleton, Colorado area, specifically at the southernmost point of the High Line Canal. This intimate neighborhood is designed with a focus on nature, home, and family values, offering residents gorgeous homes, planned amenities, and a prime location close to parks, open spaces, golf courses, shopping destinations, restaurants, and other local attractions. The Solstice community is part of the broader lifestyle and hospitality brand managed by BlueStar Resort & Golf, a company known for delivering exceptional community experiences. The employment opportunity at Solstice is full-time, with a competitive pay range of $55,000 to $60,000 annually. Full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for an extensive benefits package that includes company medical, dental, and life insurance plans, paid time off (PTO) accruing at 120 hours per year, seven paid holidays, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan after 30 days of service.
The position available is Manager, Lifestyle, a pivotal role responsible for the leadership, development, and supervision of all lifestyle programs within the community. This includes strategic program planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing activities designed to elevate the resident experience through diverse and engaging offerings. The Manager, Lifestyle serves as the primary communication channel for residents via the resident portal and reports directly to the Club General Manager. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster social connection, spiritual well-being, physical fitness, intellectual enrichment, emotional well-being, creative expression, and family-friendly events. Collaboration with wellness leaders and member-led clubs to synchronize calendars and events is a key part of the role, alongside hosting events, conducting satisfaction surveys, managing budgets, updating community web and social media platforms, and creating strategic partnerships to attract new community members.
Apart from event planning and execution, the Manager, Lifestyle is expected to cultivate open communication with community members to gather ideas and feedback, ensuring the lifestyle programs remain relevant and appealing. The position demands excellent customer orientation, the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure, and strong team-building skills to lead and motivate the lifestyle team successfully. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- experience in event planning and budgeting
- background in hospitality or travel industry
- experience working in a Homeowners Association
- current First Aid, CPR/AED certification and other required safety certifications
- computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, procedures, or regulations
- ability to write reports, correspondence, and manuals
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- basic computational and budgetary skills
- excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- strategic planning, change management, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, time management, supervisory and employee development skills
- demonstrated initiative and sound judgment
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- experience in event planning and budgeting
- background in hospitality or travel industry

Job Duties
- Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals
- create a comprehensive member program with monthly activities and events focused on social connection, spiritual well-being, physical fitness, intellectual enrichment, emotional well-being, creative expression, and family fun
- collaborate with Wellness leaders to synergize fitness and wellness programs with activities
- coordinate with Member-Led Clubs to create annual event calendars, reserve meeting spaces, assist with event planning, and support execution
- host club events and conduct satisfaction surveys for large events
- develop strategic partnerships with Community Representatives to share information and create engaging lifestyle events to attract new buyers
- maintain open communication with members to share ideas
- support budget creation and monitor financial goals
- complete monthly event ticket pricing worksheets
- update member website and social media daily
- provide a menu of activities outside of club programs
- perform other assigned duties as necessary
