Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years progressive experience in kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or plumbing systems management
  • proven managerial experience
  • knowledge of SNHD food establishment regulations
  • possession of OSHA 30 certification
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong planning and organizational abilities
  • ability to enforce policies and procedures
  • experience working in a hospitality or resort environment preferred
  • ability to troubleshoot and conduct preventive maintenance
  • proficiency in budgeting and financial planning

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and plumbing systems management
  • in-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • possession of OSHA 30
  • experience in a similar hospitality resort setting preferred
  • complete understanding of SNHD food establishment regulations preferred
  • a degree in general education or at least a high school diploma with 3-4 years of progressive experience
