Known for their engaging promotions and strong community presence, the Grizzlies focus on delivering a fun, fan-focused experience that appeals to a broad audience. As a part of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH), the Grizzlies benefit from being connected to a network of baseball clubs committed to innovation, collaboration, and lasting success. DBH supports its employees with numerous opportunities for professional growth, development, and career advancement within a supportive, team-oriented culture.
Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) is a unique sports and entertainment company that owns and operates an extensive roster of Minor League Baseball clubs and premier venues across North America. DBH combines baseball, must-see special events, and community-driven experiences to create unforgettable moments for millions of fans every year. Their venues host not only baseball games but also memorable outings around America’s pastime, immersive exhibition-style sporting events, innovative promotions, legendary concerts, cultural festivals, family entertainment, and other unique experiences that bring people together.
With nearly 50 clubs and venues located throughout the United States and Canada, DBH oversees some of the most beloved Minor League Baseball brands, offering employees distinctive opportunities to build careers in sports, entertainment, hospitality, and live events. Through partnerships with Major League Baseball, DBH influences sponsorships, licensing, and commercial opportunities that span all 120 Minor League Baseball markets. This allows their teams to have both a significant national presence and a meaningful impact within the local communities they serve.
Joining the Fresno Grizzlies means becoming part of an organization that values creativity, collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional fan experiences. Beyond the excitement of baseball, employees contribute to creating memorable moments for fans while making a genuine difference in their communities.
The Kitchen Manager role at Chukchansi Park is an integral position responsible for leading the culinary team and ensuring an exceptional food service experience for suites guests, catering parties, and picnic events held at the stadium. This leadership position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and involves overseeing food preparation, presentation, staff training, scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and controlling costs. The kitchen manager is tasked with developing a high-performing culinary team that consistently delivers superior quality and exceptional service. The position requires hands-on kitchen leadership, strategic menu development, operational oversight, and a keen attention to safety and sanitation standards. The successful candidate will ensure timely food delivery, maintain best practices for safety, oversee kitchen management routines, and collaborate closely with management to create exciting and cost-efficient premium menus.
This role is ideal for culinary professionals with a passion for team leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced sports and entertainment environment. The Kitchen Manager will manage all kitchen operations on home game days and non-baseball events, working to elevate the quality and efficiency of food services provided to guests. Candidates with prior experience in stadium or entertainment venue kitchens are strongly preferred, though a background in high-volume food production and certified Manager Serve Safe qualifications are essential. Exceptional multitasking, communication skills, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure are critical to success in this role. The Kitchen Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant sports culture, supported by an industry-leading organization dedicated to growth, innovation, and community engagement.
