The Strategy Growth and Transformation Manager acts as a Digital Transformation Lead responsible for driving strategic change and delivering substantial value to commercial sector clients. The role demands a strategic advisor who can collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Strategy executives on complex transformation projects. This position offers an opportunity to lead globally dispersed teams primarily located across the US, India, and Mexico, focusing on planning and executing transformation engagements. Responsibilities include defining milestones, managing deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution, overseeing risk management, and maintaining engagement economics and client expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field
  • 6+ years experience in commercial consulting on large scale IT engineering/transformation
  • 3+ years leadership experience on transformation programs
  • 8+ years experience in technology and operational transformation
  • Experience with operating model transformation and agile delivery
  • Ability to lead global teams across borders
  • Strong engineering transformation knowledge
  • Experience in multi-vendor environments
  • Team leadership experience managing people, projects, clients and financials
  • Experience using AI for business process efficiency
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in commercial consulting sector on large scale IT engineering/transformation projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field
  • 3+ years in leadership role on large scale transformation programs
  • 8+ years in technology and operational transformation efforts
  • Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery and leading global teams
  • Strong understanding of engineering transformation fundamentals
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments
  • Extensive team leadership managing people, projects, clients and financials
  • Experience using AI to streamline business processes
