Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management hospitality business or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in event operations venue management or hospitality logistics preferably in sports or live event industry
- Proven ability to lead complex event logistics managing multiple stakeholders and operational priorities
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment with commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work on-site in an office environment based in Los Angeles CA
- Ability to visit LA28 venues on occasion
- Strong understanding of large-scale event operations including transportation accreditation and security coordination
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and capability to adapt in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated commitment to co-creation and collaborative decision-making
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee hospitality operations at Olympic and Paralympic venues ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Manage entry and access control for hospitality guests in coordination with venue security and accreditation teams
- Develop operational plans in collaboration with On Location to optimize attendee flow and ensure efficiency at venues
- Liaise with Event Venue Management and Venue Infrastructure teams to integrate hospitality space planning with venue operations
- Develop operational readiness and delivery plans for hospitality across assigned venues validating maps plans drawings staffing plans and other critical operational elements
- Act as the primary liaison between On Location's operational team and internal LA28 functional areas for Olympic and Paralympic venues
- Collaborate with key LA28 functional areas and On Location to identify all in-venue hospitality spaces creating detailed operational requirements
