- AOP approval
- Certified Manager Program completion including ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it
- At least 90 days experience working at Panera bakery-cafe
- Certified in all positions on either service or production track
- Ability to motivate, coach, and train team members
- Commitment to food safety and health standards
