The role of Team Lead Manager in Charge at Panera Cafe is crucial to the success of each bakery-cafe location. This is a full-time management position offering competitive pay ranging from $17 to $21.75 per hour, with eligibility for quarterly performance-based increases. You should be at least 18 years old, possess AOP approval, and have completed the Certified Manager Program including ServSafe certification or be able to obtain it.
