The Team Lead Manager In Charge (MIC) at Panera plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations and overall success of each bakery-cafe location. This leadership position combines management responsibilities with a hands-on approach to ensure both customers and team members have an outstanding experience. As a key member of the management team, the Team Lead MIC reports directly to the General Manager or Operating Partner and is responsible for driving performance through coaching, motivating, and developing associates. Job Requirements
- You’re at least 18 years of age
- AOP approval
- Complete Certified Manager Program (CMP) including ServSafe
- ServSafe certification or ability to pass
- Pass background check requirements
- Experience working in a Panera bakery-cafe for at least 90 days
- Certification in all positions on either service or production track
- Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and train others in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to food safety and health safety
