Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • AOP Approval
  • Complete Certified Manager Program including ServSafe certification
  • Pass background check
  • Certified in all service or production track positions
  • Experience in Panera bakery-cafe of at least 90 days
  • Ability to motivate, direct, coach, and train team members
  • Commitment to food safety and health safety
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
