The role of Team Lead - Manager In Charge at Panera is a dynamic and pivotal position responsible for leading the bakery-cafe team to success each shift. As a Team Lead, you are the cornerstone of creating a productive and enjoyable work environment by fostering the company’s core values, such as Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust. Your leadership directly impacts the customer experience and overall operations. You will be the key link between the team and management, reporting directly to the General Manager or Operating Partner. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, and capable of thriving under fast-paced conditions. You must have experience working in a Panera bakery-cafe for at least 90 days and be certified on all positions within your service or production track. This includes roles such as Barista, Cashier, Prep, Sandwiches, and more. Beyond operational duties, you play a significant role in building long-term customer relationships and helping your bakery-cafe grow through effective team management and maintaining excellent food and service quality.

Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- AOP Approval
- Complete Certified Manager Program including ServSafe certification
- Pass background check
- Certified in all service or production track positions
- Experience in Panera bakery-cafe of at least 90 days
- Ability to motivate, direct, coach, and train team members
- Commitment to food safety and health safety
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
