Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • AOP approval
  • Completion of Certified Manager Program including ServSafe or ability to pass
  • Must submit to background check and pass all requirements
  • Certification in all positions on either a service or production track
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to food safety and health safety
  • Minimum 90 days working experience at a Panera bakery-cafe

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 90 days working experience in a Panera bakery-cafe
  • Certification in all positions on service or production track including coffee, barista, bakery backer, dining room, cashier, prep, soups, salads/hot entrees, sandwiches, consolidator
  • Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and train others in a fast-paced environment
  • Completion of Certified Manager Program including ServSafe certification
  • Commitment to food safety and health safety
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements
