It is important to note that this franchisee is a distinct company and separate employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment matters at the restaurant including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not control or influence employment decisions at this location and will not receive your employment application nor be involved in interviews or hiring decisions. This ensures that employees work directly with the franchisee for all employment-related concerns and career development.
