The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for managing all functions of the restaurant and ensuring smooth operations during shifts where the General Manager is not present. The Assistant Manager is entrusted with important responsibilities such as delegating ordering and inventory management for food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies with an emphasis on minimizing waste and managing costs effectively.
