The Manager in Training (MIT) role at American Tire Depot is designed as a comprehensive leadership development opportunity, aimed at cultivating skilled leaders ready to step into store management or multi-unit leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive service management or retail repair leadership, a solid background in service sales including tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical work, and the ability to lead and support a team under pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver's license, the physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and open availability including weekends are also essential.
