The available role is an exciting leadership position within Mo' Bettahs, tasked with spearheading the daily execution of brand standards and operations. The individual in this role is expected to be proficient across all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) responsibilities, ensuring that both operational and customer service quality metrics are met or exceeded consistently. A key aspect of the role is maintaining restaurant cleanliness and hygiene, which spans FOH and BOH areas, thereby ensuring that the establishment always presents a neat and inviting atmosphere for guests and employees alike.
Further responsibilities include driving same store sales growth, optimizing line speed using transaction times, and acting as the primary point of contact for all customer service issues. This role is critical for managing customer reviews and ensuring that the food served meets Mo' Bettahs' exacting quality standards and proper procedures. Collaboration is integral to this position, with weekly meetings involving the General Manager, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer to coordinate scheduling, reporting, staffing, and various operational frameworks such as online ordering and inventory management.
The successful candidate will embody the Mo' Bettahs culture, strictly adhere to health and safety standards, and maintain a professional, neat personal appearance. Ensuring team compliance with company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook is also essential. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 year's work experience at Mo' Bettahs or other restaurant
- Basic experience with computers, ie Microsoft Suite, email
- Valid driver's license
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Live by and possess the Mo' Bettahs values

- Able to motivate and lead staff

Job Duties
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- Competent in all FOH and BOH position
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH and BOH
- Responsible for Same Store Sales growth
- Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters
- Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards
