- 4-year college degree preferably in business administration or hospitality and tourism management
- Strong interest in hospitality management career
- Passion for guest service excellence
- Time management and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and manage departments independently
- Effective public and staff communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Computer experience required

Job Duties
- Participate in a structured 6-month rotational program through rooms division and food and beverage operations
- Develop management skills by independently leading each department discipline
- Deliver exceptional guest service experiences
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Manage daily hotel operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Apply time management and negotiation skills in operational tasks
- Support leadership in maintaining high standards of hospitality and service
