Job Requirements

  • 4-year college degree preferably in business administration or hospitality and tourism management
  • Strong interest in hospitality management career
  • Passion for guest service excellence
  • Time management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and manage departments independently
  • Effective public and staff communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer experience required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or hospitality and tourism management
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in hospitality management
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to manage and lead various hospitality disciplines independently
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Participate in a structured 6-month rotational program through rooms division and food and beverage operations
  • Develop management skills by independently leading each department discipline
  • Deliver exceptional guest service experiences
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Manage daily hotel operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Apply time management and negotiation skills in operational tasks
  • Support leadership in maintaining high standards of hospitality and service
