Job Description

The leadership role we are hiring for is central to maintaining and elevating the brand's daily operations. This position requires a hardworking individual capable of managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions with equal competence. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with ensuring the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency daily. As a key leader, the individual will drive same-store sales growth by focusing on metrics like line speed using transaction times, oversee customer reviews, and act as the primary point of contact for service-related issues. They will also have the responsibility for handling quality food execution in adherence to Mo' Bettahs' procedures and standards.
Additionally, the role involves collaborating regularly with the General Manager, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer, attending weekly meetings to discuss and review employee schedules, staffing, and reporting needs. Responsibilities extend to managing administrative tasks such as self-reporting, people PAR staffing, inventory control, and digital ordering platforms like Compeat and online ordering systems. A strong command of Mo' Bettahs' culture and company standards around health, safety, sanitation, security, and appearance is essential. This leadership position not only requires operational expertise but also the ability to motivate and guide staff while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. It is designed for a detail-oriented, effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant setting and embraces the aloha spirit wholeheartedly.

Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- regular and predictable attendance
- be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 year’s work experience at Mo’ Bettahs or other restaurant
- basic experience with computers, ie. Microsoft Suite, email

Job Duties
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- competent in all FOH and BOH positions
- responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH and BOH
- responsible for same store sales growth
- responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
- handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahs standards
- attend weekly meeting with General Manager, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
- review weekly employee schedules
- assist General Manager to complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, Compeat, online ordering, inventory
- have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’ Bettahs culture
- follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
- adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
- perform other duties as assigned
