Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the program
  • 100% relocatable after program completion
  • Nine months of prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant industry
  • Leadership experience in work or classroom settings
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • Energetic, personable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
  • Team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Graduates may begin the program up to one year post-graduation

Job Duties

  • Gain hands-on experience at one of our top-performing hotels
  • Report directly to the General Manager and work with a dedicated mentor
  • Rotate through all areas of hotel operations such as housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, administration, and more
  • Transition into management responsibilities including serving as Manager on Duty
  • Support daily hotel operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance management skills
