Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the program
- 100% relocatable after program completion
- Nine months of prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant industry
- Leadership experience in work or classroom settings
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
- Energetic, personable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Graduates may begin the program up to one year post-graduation

Job Duties
- Gain hands-on experience at one of our top-performing hotels
- Report directly to the General Manager and work with a dedicated mentor
- Rotate through all areas of hotel operations such as housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, administration, and more
- Transition into management responsibilities including serving as Manager on Duty
- Support daily hotel operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance management skills
