Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the program
- 100% relocatable after program completion
- Minimum nine months of prior work experience, hotel or restaurant preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- Energetic and personable disposition
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Leadership experience in work or classroom settings
- Prior work experience in hotel or restaurant environments preferred
- Energetic, personable, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Graduates eligible within one year post-graduation
Job Duties
- Gain hands-on experience at one of our top-performing hotels
- Report directly to the General Manager and work with a dedicated mentor
- Rotate through all areas of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, administration, and more
- Transition into management responsibilities, including serving as Manager on Duty
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth hotel functioning
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Implement company standards and promote exceptional guest experiences
