Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the program
- 100% relocatable after program completion
- Nine months of prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant
- Leadership experience in work or classroom
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
- Energetic, personable, and passionate about guest experiences
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Graduates can begin the program up to one year post-graduation

Job Duties
- Gain hands-on experience at a top-performing hotel
- Report directly to the General Manager and work with a dedicated mentor
- Rotate through all areas of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, and administration
- Transition into management responsibilities including serving as Manager on Duty
- Develop leadership and operational skills tailored to future supervisory or management roles
- Participate actively in mentorship and training programs
- Support and enhance guest experience by implementing hospitality best practices
