Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the program
  • 100% relocatable after program completion
  • Nine months of prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant
  • Leadership experience in work or classroom
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • Energetic, personable, and passionate about guest experiences
  • Team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Graduates can begin the program up to one year post-graduation

  • Nine months of prior work experience preferably in hotel or restaurant settings
  • Leadership experience in work or classroom environments
  • Energetic and personable with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Graduates may begin the program up to one year post-graduation
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

  • Gain hands-on experience at a top-performing hotel
  • Report directly to the General Manager and work with a dedicated mentor
  • Rotate through all areas of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, and administration
  • Transition into management responsibilities including serving as Manager on Duty
  • Develop leadership and operational skills tailored to future supervisory or management roles
  • Participate actively in mentorship and training programs
  • Support and enhance guest experience by implementing hospitality best practices
