The role of In House Marketing Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations involves working closely with on-property Marketing teams and Sales leadership to enhance operational efficiencies and drive increased revenue streams. This position focuses on the unique needs and interests of on-site Owners and Guests, aiming to deliver targeted marketing strategies that maximize engagement and sales. The In House Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, coordinating, and implementing marketing initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives and brand standards. Key to this role is collaboration with multiple stakeholders to develop campaigns and promotions that resonate with current owners and attract potential customers.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • minimum 1 year of timeshare experience
  • minimum 1 year of people management experience
  • able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
