The Manager II, Marketing & Sales Recruiting (Manager II) is a pivotal role within Marriott Vacations Worldwide, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & Sales Recruiting. This full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $88,200 plus incentive eligibility, is designed for a seasoned recruiting professional with expertise in managing high-volume recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The Manager II will serve as the primary recruiter for marketing and sales positions within the assigned division across the Americas, acting as a strategic business partner to site hiring managers. The role demands a deep understanding of recruiting strategies tailored to different regional and market needs, with the flexibility to adapt approaches to varying regional challenges.
Based at the MVW Headquarters in Orlando, Florida, or at a corporate or regional office, the Manager II is expected to work onsite five days a week either at their base location or a Marketing & Sales operational site within their division. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders including regional leaders, human resources business partners, compensation teams, workforce planning, and global communications departments. The Manager II is responsible for delivering the full lifecycle recruitment process from intake to sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Additionally, the role involves staying abreast of evolving recruiting technologies and leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram to attract top talent. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in recruiting practices aligned with Marriott Vacations Worldwide’s business goals.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree required
- Minimum five years of recruiting or human resources experience
- Minimum four years of marketing and sales recruiting experience
- Recruiting experience in timeshare industry preferred
- Knowledge of resort or hotel operations advantageous
- Experience recruiting senior-level candidates preferred
- Experience using social media platforms for recruiting
- Willingness to travel approximately 25 percent within region

Job Qualifications
- Associate degree required
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources or related field an advantage
- Minimum five years of progressive recruiting or human resources experience
- Minimum four years of relevant recruiting experience preferably in marketing and sales
- Recruiting experience within timeshare industry preferred
- Knowledge of resort or hotel operations advantageous
- Experience recruiting at all levels especially senior-level preferred
- Experience using social media for recruiting required
Job Duties
- Work closely with division Director M&S Recruiting to implement recruiting strategies
- Partner with regional M&S leaders and onsite management to tailor recruiting processes
- Oversee recruiting tactics used by hiring managers to attract candidates
- Provide consultative leadership and drive process improvement
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment process including intake, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Partner with HR business partners and compensation teams on pay recommendations
- Work with workforce planning, change management, and communications teams to communicate new policies
- Design and present recruiting and staffing processes
- Appraise the effectiveness of hiring models
- Harness recruiting technologies and social media platforms
