Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in golf industry
- Proven team leadership
- Budget management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to travel up to 40 percent within the U.S.
- Comfortable working extended hours outdoors
- Valid driver’s license
- Golf ball fitting experience strongly preferred
- Class A PGA Professional designation preferred
