Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in golf industry
- Proven team leadership
- Budget management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to travel up to 40 percent within the U.S.
- Comfortable working extended hours outdoors
- Valid driver’s license
- Golf ball fitting experience strongly preferred
- Class A PGA Professional designation preferred

- Proven success in team leadership and budget management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong business acumen
- Experience in golf ball fitting preferred
- Class A PGA Professional designation preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee golf ball fitting operations and lead full-time and seasonal fitting teams
- Manage event logistics and ensure seamless execution of fitting programs
- Develop and maintain partnerships with PGA professionals and brand ambassadors
- Forecast product demand and manage inventory levels effectively
- Lead and scale internship programs and virtual consultations
- Use data-driven reporting to monitor performance and implement improvements
- Coordinate and lead special golf-related events and initiatives
