Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel front office or related hospitality role
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with hotel management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
