Job Description

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world’s largest hotel franchise company, boasting a portfolio of approximately 8,400 hotels across over 95 countries and six continents. As a global leader in the hospitality industry, Wyndham offers a wide range of hotel brands, including familiar names such as Wyndham, La Quinta, Ramada, Days Inn, and Super 8. The company is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, with offices worldwide including London, Shanghai, Buenos Aires, and Dubai. Employing more than 2,000 corporate professionals, Wyndham is dedicated to its mission of making hotel travel possible for all. The organization prides itself on fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture, coined as the unique "Count on Me" culture. This culture embodies core values of integrity, accountability, inclusivity, caring, and fun, creating an inspiring environment where team members grow and thrive through excellent training programs, leadership development, and educational support.

The Manager, Franchise Operations (MFO) - Texas role is a vital position within Wyndham’s Franchise Operations team. Key responsibilities also include retention and development efforts to drive Net Revenue Growth (NRG), collaborating with various internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

The Manager, Franchise Operations role demands a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach. This individual must be capable of meeting annual service and key performance indicators (KPIs) contributing directly to company profitability. Travel flexibility is essential, with approximately 90% travel required, including onsite visits and attendance at trade shows or other company events remotely as needed. The position requires a physical ability to navigate hotel properties, including stairs, pools, and exercise facilities, and to spend significant time standing and driving long distances. The expected salary range for this role is $80,000 to $105,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% incentive payment through the Franchised Development US Incentive Plan.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts offers a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time team members, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, sick leave, and additional paid time off for volunteer and bereavement days. The company emphasizes a supportive and inclusive culture aimed at fostering an excellent work-life balance, career growth, and team member well-being. Overall, this role presents an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected hospitality leader and make a meaningful impact on franchise operations in Texas.
