Job Requirements

- Five years of management experience in food service

- Proven personnel management skills
- Ability to work with computers and software

Job Duties
- Manage daily food service operations for the facility
- Review and supervise food handling, preparation, and storage

- Direct and inspect detainee food service staff
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance and food safety standards
- Manage food service budget including food and equipment inventory
- Produce reports on operational efficiencies and staff usage
- Perform other duties as assigned
