Job Requirements
- high school diploma minimum
- minimum three years multi-unit management experience in QSR or comparable foodservice environment
- proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- ability to communicate clearly with peers, subordinates and managers
- capability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
- willing to work non-traditional hours with open availability

Job Duties
- assist district and store managers to meet financial objectives based off of annual budget forecasts
- monitor and review financial information to ensure stores hit financial targets
- manage daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators at store level
- develop and implement training programs for store managers
- conduct annual reviews in collaboration with HR
- maintain quality control of commissary programs and franchise food programs
- develop and implement marketing and community relations programs
- audit foodservice standards and ensure safety compliance
- lead new program development and rollout
- manage remodels, technology and equipment upgrades
- provide food safety training and certifications
- liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance
- support inventory management and cost control
- adapt to changing company needs
