We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Minneapolis facility, offering a competitive salary range of $92,118.50 to $119,522.14. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of food safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory standards. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of food safety programs and quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team, excellent communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders, and a proactive approach to identify and mitigate risks related to food safety.

In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will play a critical part in upholding our company's reputation for high standards in food safety and quality. Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, or related field
  • at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
  • leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work on-site in Minneapolis
  • willingness to adhere to company safety standards

Job Qualifications
