The Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager role at The Westin Charlotte is a full-time, management-level position offering an annual salary range of $57,000 to $74,000, with eligibility for bonuses and a sign-on bonus. This role is central to overseeing daily F&B shift operations, ensuring adherence to all policies, standards, and procedures. The F&B Manager supervises the quality and delivery of services, striving to meet and exceed guest expectations consistently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- or two-year degree from accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- ability to supervise teams effectively
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of industry policies and standards
- ability to manage budgets and ensure legal compliance

- supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objective are met
