We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Food and Beverage Department as a Supervisor. This pivotal role supports the seamless delivery of superior guest experiences by ensuring consistent high-quality service across all facets of our food and beverage operations within a fast-paced gaming and entertainment setting. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership, setting and maintaining service standards, managing inventory, overseeing departmental budgets, and supervising staffing to meet operational and financial goals. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage guest relations with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust background in hospitality or restaurant operations, coupled with supervisory experience in high-volume environments.

Employment for this role is on a full-time basis with a competitive salary range of $50,600 to $52,118 annually. The position may require flexible working hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the business effectively. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • three to five years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum of three years supervisory experience in a high volume property preferred
  • excellent teamwork skills
  • strong interpersonal and guest service abilities
  • proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • professional demeanor and presence
  • ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • possession or ability to obtain proper alcohol licenses
  • ability to adhere to company attendance guidelines and policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests
  • set and maintain guest service standards and ensure team members perform those standards to achieve a favorable gaming experience for guests
  • provide hands-on leadership to F&B department
  • assist in establishing standards of performance, quality of products, service, staffing levels/cost and food/beverage cost
  • supervise inventories and estimate food and beverage costs
  • communicate regularly with purchasing department regarding supply inventory
  • develop and manage the departmental budget, including capital expenditures
  • monitor staffing levels to ensure budgetary compliance
  • manage escalated guest service issues appropriately and discreetly
  • have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations
  • communicates pertinent information to senior staff, surveillance, or other necessary team members that is important to the operation of the casino
  • must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
  • ensure satisfaction to guests
  • follow lawful directions from Director of Food & Beverage
  • uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
  • interact well with others and be a positive influence on team member morale
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
