The Westin Nashville is a distinguished hotel renowned for its commitment to the well-being of both guests and associates. Known for blending thoughtful service with elevated experiences, The Westin Nashville creates an environment rooted in balance, renewal, and hospitality excellence. As a premier destination in the vibrant city of Nashville, it offers guests a luxurious stay with access to superb dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences. The hotel itself is part of Marriott International, benefiting from a strong global presence and comprehensive service standards that focus on quality, comfort, and guest satisfaction. Employees at The Westin Nashville enjoy a welcoming and inclusive work culture that emphasizes continuous growth, celebration, and work-life balance. This is supported by remarkable perks such as free parking for full-time associates, complimentary meals, travel discounts across nearly 8,000 Marriott properties, and various other benefits that enhance the employee experience, including discounts on rental cars, entertainment, and technology purchases. Additionally, the hotel hosts numerous associate recognition events, parties, and celebrations throughout the year, fostering a sense of community and belonging within the team.
The role of Food & Beverage Manager at The Westin Nashville is a pivotal, hands-on leadership position responsible for guiding the daily operations across all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. This leadership role demands someone who can inspire and develop a service-driven team to deliver exceptional guest experiences that align with the brand’s elevated standards. The Food & Beverage Manager will not only oversee operational performance but also ensure that service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently upheld. Collaboration with other hotel departments and leadership is essential to synchronize strategies and goals, thereby driving a seamless guest journey from dining to overall hospitality. This position requires a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced, multifaceted environments and who has a passion for hospitality and team development. By managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls, the Food & Beverage Manager contributes directly to the hotel’s financial success while also using guest satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement. The role includes training and mentoring staff, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment centered on growth and learning. Moreover, the Food & Beverage Manager is expected to handle guest feedback thoughtfully, set and maintain clear service standards, and lead by example with integrity and energy. Reporting to the Senior Food & Beverage Manager, this exempt position plays a critical role in the overall success of the hotel’s food and beverage operations and guest satisfaction.
