Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED plus 4 years of food and beverage or hospitality experience
  • or associate’s degree or higher in hospitality or related field plus 2 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Solid financial acumen including budgeting, cost control and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Guide, coach, and develop food and beverage supervisors, banquet captains and frontline associates
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
  • Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and energy
  • Ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations
  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to guest feedback and concerns
  • Set clear service standards aligned with the Westin brand
  • Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and room service
  • Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Support banquet execution to ensure seamless and memorable events
  • Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
  • Use guest satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement
  • Train, mentor, and support associates to grow their skills and careers
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
  • Create a positive, engaging work environment focused on learning
  • Partner with hotel leadership to align on goals and strategy
  • Maintain strong communication through meetings, logs, and daily touchpoints
  • Promote an open-door, fair, and inclusive workplace culture
