Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in community or multi-site environments
  • Proven experience managing P&L and operating budgets
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders including boards and management teams
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operational standards and compliance
  • Ability to travel to various property sites and provide on-site leadership as needed
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Experience in managing food and beverage operations within community or multi-site settings
  • Proven track record of increasing F&B revenue and profitability
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement operational standards and best practices
  • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L management
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Drive increase in additional F&B revenue
  • P&L accountability to operating budgets through financial reporting and F&B operations
  • Lead customer service and resident experience improvements through development and improvement of F&B SOPs and best practices
  • Drive operational improvements and consistency within F&B operations
  • Create implementation plans to support the execution of F&B programs, products, pricing and menu changes in conjunction with the association board, developer and management teams
  • Assist properties with people, talent recruitment, mentor, train, to develop and manage F&B teams to maximize profitability and develop a service culture
  • Conduct evaluations and present recommendations, strategic options and business plans to associations in the areas of F&B
  • Support growth and sales process to communities with F&B operations
  • Ability to work on site to support and/or cover for property position deficits
  • Perform detailed evaluation reports on properties to ensure communities are in compliance with F&B standards as assigned by the VP of Community Solutions in conjunction with the association
  • Assist in recruiting and interview efforts
  • Review and assist in F&B budgets for properties, assess and evaluate new properties, complete F&B transition checklists and performance improvement plans
  • Review, develop, and update service standards for all F&B operations
