Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three to five years related experience in hospitality preferred
  • One to three years supervisory experience required
  • Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification
  • Must meet state and federal age requirements for serving alcohol
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Valid driver s license
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Must demonstrate initiative and sound judgment
  • Knowledge of county regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three to five years related experience in hospitality preferred
  • One to three years supervisory experience required
  • Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Knowledge of restaurant database software is a plus
  • Understanding of county regulations
  • Ability to understand and implement BSRG dining standards
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to calculate food costs, menu pricing, discounts, inventory, and labor standards
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, time management, and employee development skills
  • Customer oriented and responsive
  • Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Communicate core values and mission to support achievement of company goals
  • Support the Director in providing strategic intelligence on all F&B initiatives including vision, business planning, and capital expansion
  • Ensure superior standards of food service and quality meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Maintain effective communication regarding operations, safety, and employee concerns
  • Hire, train, supervise F&B staff and create weekly schedules
  • Manage costs of goods, labor, and expenses
  • Coordinate budget creation and execute budgets daily, monthly, and annually
  • Oversee all F&B functions including corporate events and weddings
  • Attend culinary exhibitions and educational seminars
  • Perform other duties as assigned
