We are currently seeking a Manager of Executive Dining to lead our client's prestigious Executive Dining Room operations. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards expected by senior executives and influential guests. The Manager of Executive Dining will work closely with culinary teams and executive offices to ensure a seamless dining experience that reflects the highest level of hospitality. Job Requirements
- Front- and back-of-house experience in fine or luxury dining
- experience supporting C-Suite or VIP clientele
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- proactive self-starter
- strong communication skills
- sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
- ability to handle confidential information
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Job Qualifications
- Degree in hospitality, food services, business, or related field and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
- food handler’s permit
- ability to meet physical demands such as standing and lifting up to 25+ lbs
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day executive dining room operations and service
- manage dining room staff, reservations, and private events
- deliver meals and service to executive suites with professionalism and confidentiality
- oversee inventory, supplies, and P-Card expenses
- coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor support
- partner with the Chef to ensure food safety, efficiency, and service excellence
- support executive events, including setup, décor, and breakdown
