Established as a purpose-driven health system, AdventHealth offers a comprehensive range of medical services and is distinguished by its commitment to promoting health and wellness within the communities it serves.
AdventHealth is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Culinary Manager to join their team. This full-time, daytime role is vital to maintaining the high standards of food service operations throughout the health system, including patient services, café, physician lounge, and catering. The Culinary Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of standardized recipes and menus, ensuring nutritional guidelines and customer preferences are met while aligning with overall operational goals. This position requires comprehensive management of inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maintain budget compliance and minimize waste, reflecting AdventHealth’s commitment to operational efficiency. The Culinary Manager will lead food service compliance efforts by conducting routine audits for adherence to health and safety standards, including HACCP, Joint Commission protocols, and state and local regulations. The role demands a strong ability to manage multiple food service operations simultaneously while preserving food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
AdventHealth ensures that the individuals in this role have opportunities for career development, whole person well-being resources, mental health support, and comprehensive benefits from day one—including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Employees enjoy paid time off from day one, a 403-B retirement plan, four weeks of fully paid parental leave, and even pet benefits. This supportive environment speaks to AdventHealth’s dedication to employee satisfaction and work-life balance. The offered salary range for this Culinary Manager position is competitive, ranging from $49,718.59 to $92,468.74 annually, reflecting the value placed on experience and expertise.
