The Manager of Events & Brand Experiences is responsible for the end-to-end development, planning, and execution of special events that amplify guest engagement and promote Caruso's brand partnerships. This pivotal role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and exceptional client management skills to deliver high-impact events that boost foot traffic, capture new market segments, and increase sales across Caruso properties. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of event logistics including client communication, vendor relations, site management, inventory control, and financial administration such as invoicing and expense tracking. Working collaboratively with marketing, property management, and external stakeholders, this role fosters innovative brand alliances and aligns event initiatives with broader business objectives. The Manager also oversees the comprehensive events calendar, including Caruso Signature Events, marketing promotions, public relations activities, and sponsorship experiences, ensuring seamless coordination and enhanced brand visibility.
In addition to orchestrating signature events, the Manager supports tenant-driven initiatives such as grand openings and ensures that every event aligns with performance metrics through rigorous tracking of ROI and effectiveness analysis. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong leadership, and outstanding multitasking abilities to balance diverse priorities and deliver results within set budgets. Mastery of digital marketing, social media strategies, and event production technologies is essential, alongside proficiency in tools like MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, CAD, and CRM platforms. With a minimum of five years of experience in marketing or event planning, the candidate is expected to translate creativity into strategic outcomes that resonate with target demographics and support organizational growth. Job Duties
- Develop and manage Caruso Signature Events programming to boost foot traffic, drive targeted guests, capture new market shares, and increase sales across Caruso properties
- Contribute to creating and executing unique property events and experiences aligned with property management and marketing initiatives
- Maintain strong retailer and client relationships through effective account and event management to foster repeat business
- Collaborate cross-functionally, fostering innovative programs and effectively communicating across all levels of the organization
- Manage all elements of events, including client communications, vendor relations, site logistics, inventory management, load-ins, and load-outs
- Oversee the Events Calendar, encompassing Caruso Signature, Marketing, PR, and Sponsorship events and experiences
- Facilitate event debriefings and recaps for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage departmental administrative tasks, such as invoice processing, contract billings, and expense tracking
- Support tenant-driven events, including new tenant grand openings across Caruso properties
- Collaborate with SAE, Marketing & Property teams to plan and execute programming across properties
- Develop and implement strategic event programs to drive traffic, sales, and KPIs
- Measure event effectiveness, track ROI, and deliver comprehensive event recaps
- Coordinate creative requests with in-house designers and oversee event budgets
